Mark Kantonen, Executive Director
Mark works with the Board of Directors to define the Long Term Strategic Direction for SKCAC Industries in light of the changing economic and social climate. Mark came from the private sector, where he held several senior management positions including President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Senior Manager of Engineering, Facilities and Operations. His experience includes Fortune 100 companies, high tech aerospace, small business start-ups and private consulting. Mark came to SKCAC Industries in March 2005 following the retirement of Ray Coleman. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA in Finance.

Debbie Meyers, Associate Director/Program Services
Debbie has worked in a number of capacities since joining SKCAC Industries in 1981. As Associate Director/Program Services her responsibilities include coordination of employment opportunities for people with disabilities referred for employment services and administrative duties. Recent accomplishments include contracting and coordination with ARAMARK Services at Safeco Field and Qwest Field to provide custodial workers during Mariner and Seahawks home games and development of SKCAC's Individual Support Employment program providing job placement services in the community. Debbie is passionate about developing employment opportunities tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

Mary Hondl, Production Manager
Mary is responsible for all aspects of SKCAC Industries Production Services business and oversees 100 production workers. Mary has been instrumental in building SKCAC's reputation for providing our clients a quality product, on time, with the goal of always exceeding client's expectations. Under her direction 92% of SKCAC's customers have been with SKCAC 1 year or more and 54% for 5 years or longer. She joined the SKCAC Industries in 1980 and has helped SKCAC successfully adapt to the changing market over the years.
